Award Winning Telecom Billing

14th October 2016  by Gareth

At last night’s Comms National Awards, Union Street scooped the award for Best Billing Platform for a remarkable third year running! The category was judged on a variety of factors including the results achieved by channel resellers using each billing platform and on the support services provided to resellers by each respective vendor.

The Comms National Awards celebrate and reward excellence in the provision of ICT solutions. It is one of the channel’s most respected events and the awards themselves are widely regarded as a benchmark of excellence within the telecoms industry.

The awards ceremony took place at the glamorous Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London, hosted by popular sports presenter and TV personality Gabby Logan. The award was received by COO, José Fernandez, and Head of Sales and Marketing, Vincent Disneur.

Deployed by close to 500 companies in the UK and Ireland, aBILLity provides telecoms resellers with a total solution for billing, provisioning, real-time analysis, fraud prevention, and in many cases acts as a central point for integration of back office systems.

Speaking on Union Street’s success, Disneur comments, “Naturally we’re very proud to have won Best Billing Platform at the 2016 Comms National Awards. I’d like to congratulate the whole team at Union Street, without their hard work and dedication none of this would be possible.

“I’d also like to say a big thank you to all our partners for their continued support, we were especially delighted to see that so many of them picked up awards of their own at last night’s CNAs. Finally I’d like to congratulate Comms Dealer for hosting yet another amazing and unforgettable evening.”
