Union Street’s aBILLity billing system has won the Best Telecom Billing Platform category in the prestigious Comms National Awards for a second year running! The category was judged on a variety of factors including the results achieved by resellers and on the channel support services provided by the respective vendors of each telecom billing platform.
The Comms National Awards celebrate and reward excellence in the provision of ICT solutions. It is one of the channel’s most respected events and the awards themselves are widely acknowledged to be a benchmark of excellence within the telecoms industry.
The awards ceremony took place at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London, and was hosted by popular TV presenter Vernon Kay. The award was received by COO, José Fernandez, and Head of Sales and Marketing, Vincent Disneur.
This is the latest in a series of wins for the software billing company’s aBILLity system which, over the past five years, has celebrated victories in the CNAs ‘Best Channel Software Solution’ category and in the Comms Dealer Sales Awards’ ‘Channel Account Team of the Year’ category.
During this time the aBILLity billing platform has increased its dominance in the telecoms channel and today it is deployed by 450 companies in the UK and Ireland. Available either as a hosted or on premise solution, aBILLity provides telecoms resellers with a total solution for billing, provisioning, real-time analysis, fraud prevention, and in many cases acts as a central point for integration of back office systems.
