Best Independent Software Vendor 2018!

22nd June 2018  by Gareth

At last night’s Comms Business Awards, Union Street was extremely proud to take home the award for “Independent Software Vendor”. Compered by actor and comedian, David Mitchell, the awards were hosted at the magnificent Royal Lancaster Hotel in London by leading industry magazine, Comms Business.

One of the industry’s most highly anticipated events, the Comms Business Awards celebrates excellence in the ICT channel. The awards themselves are widely regarded as a benchmark of excellence within the industry.

As a company award for ISVs developing great software for channel companies, the Independent Software Vendor category was judged on a variety of factors. These included innovative software development, channel support programmes and strategies for sales and marketing. Entrants were also required to demonstrate expansion into new markets, such as Union Street’s launch of Mosaix™, a billing and provisioning solution designed for wholesale suppliers of connectivity services.

Head of Sales and Marketing, Vincent Disneur, comments: “Words cannot describe how pleased we are to have won the Independent Software Vendor award. This is a huge endorsement both of the strength of our solutions and of our development roadmap. Considering the strength of the competition from our fellow finalists in this category, this is a great honour indeed.

“At Union Street we strive to put our partners first in everything we do and, as ever, I was extremely pleased to see so many of our channel partners take home awards of their own. I’d like to say a big ‘thank you’ to all our partners for their support, all of which contributes to our on-going success.”
