Vincent played a pivotal role in Union Street's merger with fellow software vendors, Aurora and ebillz. Vincent leads the management team, providing key oversight of business development and strategic goals.
Tony founded Union Street in 1998. Since then he has managed the business through several key phases, achieving sustained organic growth in revenues, customer base, and head count. Tony continues to provide advice and support to the management team.
Kevin is responsible for Union Street’s financial strategy. Previously Kevin headed up financial planning and analysis, for two large IT and Telecoms businesses, supporting their acquisition, financing and organic growth strategies.
Robert oversees all aspects of Union Street’s service operations, ensuring the highest possible service levels are maintained for its partners. In addition, Robert provides feedback and guidance for development of the company’s software.
David has been instrumental in designing and developing the cloud infrastructure that hosts Union Street's software solutions. In his role as Network Director, he continues to play a pivotal role in Union Street’s development operations.
Alper has performed a leading role in the Union Street software development team since joining the company in 2007. aBILLity's mobile app, web client, and enhancements to supplier integration, have been delivered under his expert guidance.

Union Street has worked with many of the UK’s leading service providers to develop custom loaders for their call data records, ensuring smooth import of these files into our products. These include Gamma, Daisy, Nine, Vodafone, EE, BT Wholesale, Talk Talk, Virgin Media and many more.
As a third party integrator of WLR3 interfaces for the Openreach Equivalence Management Platform (EMP), Union Street has worked extensively with BT Openreach over the years to develop our WLR3 solutions, ensuring they are fully compliant with Openreach’s requirements.
Union Street works closely with the FCS, helping to advise on industry matters such as Ofcom’s changes to the regulation of non-Geographic call services. Union Street’s also worked with the FCS Billing Group, playing a pivotal role in developing the UK’s first standardised CDR format.
We are proud to be a Silver Member of TUFF and fully support the important work they do for the channel and the wider community. We recently worked with TUFF to automatically populate aBILLity’s LineGuard fraud management module TUFF’s hotlist of known fraudulent numbers.
