Tony is the owner and founder of Union Street, establishing the company in 1998. Since then he has managed the business through several key phases and achieved sustained organic growth in revenues, customer base, and head count. Tony leads the management team and provides key oversight of the business’s development and strategic goals.
Former candidate for the BBC's Apprentice, Vincent has played a pivotal role in developing the Union Street proposition and more than doubling its customer base. Vincent manages the company’s new business, account management and marketing teams, as well as providing oversight and guidance for development of the company’s software solutions.
Rob’s role is to manage all aspects of Union Street’s operations in the areas of projects and support, ensuring smooth project delivery and the highest possible service levels are consistently provided to our clients.
With over 25 years’ experience, Steve oversees much of the development and delivery of enterprise applications and solutions to Union Street’s clients. Having joined the company in 1999, he is responsible for many of the innovative features in our product portfolio.
Alper has performed a leading role in the Union Street software development team for the last seven years and many of the carrier-grade product enhancements have been delivered under his expert guidance.

Union Street has worked with many of the UK’s leading service providers to develop custom loaders for their call data records, ensuring smooth import of these files into our products. These include Gamma, Daisy, Nine, Vodafone, EE, BT Wholesale, Talk Talk, Virgin Media and many more.
As a third party integrator of WLR3 interfaces for the Openreach Equivalence Management Platform (EMP), Union Street has worked extensively with BT Openreach over the years to develop our WLR3 solutions, ensuring they are fully compliant with Openreach’s requirements.
Union Street works closely with the FCS, helping to advise on industry matters such as Ofcom’s changes to the regulation of non-Geographic call services. Union Street’s MD, Tony Cook, also acts as Chairman to the FCS Billing Group and played a pivotal role in developing and launching the UK’s first standardised CDR format.
We are proud to be a Silver Member of TUFF and fully support the important work they do for the channel and the wider community. We recently worked with TUFF to automatically populate aBILLity’s LineGuard fraud management module TUFF’s hotlist of known fraudulent numbers.
