Union Street Technologies, the leading supplier of comms billing solutions, has launched a new training programme for 2013. A series of one and two day courses will be hosted throughout the year at Union Street’s training facilities in Richmond, and at Manchester’s Imperial War Museum for clients based in the North of England. In addition to this the company will also be hosting a series of webinars featuring advice on how to achieve the best possible results with Union Street’s award winning aBILLity billing suite.
Devised by Rob Bristow, Projects Director for Union Street, the aBILLity training courses have been developed for all skill levels from beginner through to advanced users of aBILLity. Each course will provide valuable information on best practices, as well as advice on maximising profits, revenue assurance, data management and how to comply with legislation. Technical courses have also been introduced to help customers understand advanced reporting and also how to query data using SQL.
In addition to the aBILLity training courses, a series of webinars will be hosted by key members of the Union Street team to provide hints and tips on how to maximise the functionality and profitability of aBILLity. Topics covered will include: fraud management, mobile contracts and revenue assurance. A series of online videos is also planned for release in 2013 which will provide quick tutorials on aBILLity’s most popular features.
