Now in its 16th year, the Comms National Awards (CNAs) is the ICT’s most respected and coveted awards programme. This year’s event takes place at the Hilton Park Lane, London, on Thursday 13th October 2016.
Featuring telecoms reseller and telecoms channel vendor categories, the awards are independently judged by a panel of industry experts drawn from resellers, trade associations, vendors, consultants and trade press.
In recent years the awards have been hosted by entertainment luminaries such as Ronnie Corbett, Michael McIntyre and Vernon Kay. All these ingredients add up to the CNAs being recognised as the event where the channel comes together to reward excellence and innovation and to network with industry colleagues.
Union Street Technologies has been recognised in the past, having been awarded Best Billing Platform in 2015 and 2014. It’s therefore an honour for us to sponsor one of the event categories this year, the Vertical Markets Category.
Commenting on the awards and announcement of our sponsorship, Tony Cook, Managing Director of Union Street, said, “The Comms National Awards is without question one of the most exciting and highly anticipated events in the telecoms channel calendar, attended by some of the best and most talented people the industry has to offer. It’s a celebration of outstanding achievement, with each award representing a great deal of hard work and dedication on the part of the winner.
“Winning a CNA award is a fantastic achievement and demonstrates that you are an elite performer, with an edge over competitors. Targeting a particular vertical market requires a high level of skill and expertise, truly demonstrating that the winning company is the master of its market. It’s therefore a great privilege for Union Street to be the sponsor of this year’s Vertical Markets category.
“In 2015 we were very honoured to accept the award for Best Billing Platform and were equally pleased to celebrate the successes of our channel partners, many of whom received finalist nominations and awards for their efforts.
“We’re very much looking forward to this year’s CNAs and, on behalf of myself and the Union Street Team, I’d like to wish the best of luck to all this year’s entrants.”
